GROWLENSE PRIVACY

Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what information GrowLense collects, why we use it, how connected Google data is handled, and the choices available to you.

Effective date: September 4, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to GrowLense and the Organic Growth AI platform, including our website, accounts, dashboards, integrations, support interactions, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). It describes how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you use the Service.

2. Information you provide

We may collect account and profile information such as your name, email address, authentication information, business details, websites you manage, preferences, support communications, plan information, and other information you choose to submit.

When you configure a business, we may process information such as business name, website URL, industry or business context, goals, and information needed to provide growth analysis and recommendations.

3. Information collected through use of the Service

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, pages or features used, application logs, security events, referral information, and diagnostic data. We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the Service.

4. Google account and API data

GrowLense allows you to connect supported Google services through Google OAuth. Depending on the service you explicitly authorize, GrowLense may request access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Business Profile data.

Google Search Console: when authorized, we may retrieve read-only search performance and property information, including available queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, search position, and related Search Console data.

Google Analytics: when authorized, we may retrieve read-only property and reporting data made available through the Google Analytics APIs, including website traffic, engagement, events, conversions or key events, and related performance information available for the property you select.

Google Business Profile: when authorized and available through the applicable APIs, we may access Business Profile information and performance data associated with locations you are permitted to manage.

GrowLense requests Google permissions on a service-by-service basis. Connecting one supported Google service does not mean you are required to authorize every other Google service.

5. How we use Google user data

Google user data is used to provide and improve user-facing features that you request, including displaying connected performance information, organizing business signals, identifying opportunities, preparing data-informed recommendations, tracking actions and outcomes, and supporting the operation and security of the connected features.

We do not use Google user data to provide advertising profiles or sell Google user data. We do not permit humans to read Google user data except when you have given affirmative permission for support or troubleshooting, when necessary for security or abuse investigation, when required by applicable law, or when the data has been aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably identify you.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

GrowLense’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Other ways we use information

We use information to create and maintain accounts; provide dashboards and requested features; authenticate users; connect and maintain integrations; personalize business context; process subscriptions; enforce plan limits; provide support; detect fraud, abuse, and security threats; maintain logs and backups; comply with legal obligations; and understand and improve Service reliability and usability.

8. AI-assisted processing

Some Service features may process business or performance information through automated or AI-assisted systems to prepare summaries, recommendations, content suggestions, or other user-requested outputs. We use such processing to provide the relevant feature and apply reasonable controls appropriate to the Service. Users should review generated outputs before implementation or publication.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, sessions, local storage, and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, preferences, application functionality, and analytics. Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential technologies.

10. Payments

If you purchase a paid plan, payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers such as the payment options presented at checkout. GrowLense may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, subscription status, billing plan, and limited billing details, but payment-card data may be handled directly by the payment provider rather than stored by GrowLense.

11. When information may be shared

We may disclose information to service providers that process data on our behalf to operate hosting, infrastructure, authentication, communications, payments, security, analytics, or other necessary platform functions; to third-party services you explicitly direct us to connect; in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition subject to appropriate protections; or when required to comply with law, legal process, enforce our rights, or protect users and the Service.

We do not sell your personal information or Google user data.

12. Data retention

We retain personal and business information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Service, maintaining legitimate business records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, meeting security needs, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type.

Connected Google data and authorization information may be retained while the integration is active and for a limited period afterward where necessary for synchronization, security, backups, or legal obligations. We may aggregate or de-identify information where permitted.

13. Disconnecting Google and deleting connected data

You may disconnect supported Google integrations through GrowLense where that option is available. You can also revoke GrowLense’s Google access from your Google Account’s third-party connections or permissions settings.

Disconnecting stops future access through the revoked authorization, but it may not immediately remove information previously synchronized into GrowLense or retained in backups. You may request deletion of account or connected data using the support or contact method published on growlense.com. We will process valid deletion requests subject to identity verification and data we are legally or legitimately required to retain.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and devices.

15. International processing

Depending on where you and our service providers are located, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate mechanisms.

16. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

You can also control connected Google permissions directly through your Google Account and disconnect supported integrations from GrowLense.

17. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

18. Third-party websites and services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. GrowLense is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.

19. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, integrations, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.

20. Contact

For privacy questions, requests, or deletion requests, use the support or contact at me@growlense.com. For requests involving account data, we may need to verify that you are the account owner or an authorized representative.
