These Terms govern your access to and use of GrowLense and the Organic Growth AI platform.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, connecting a data source, or otherwise accessing or using GrowLense (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
GrowLense provides business growth intelligence tools that may organize business information, website and search performance, analytics, connected-service data, growth opportunities, AI-assisted recommendations, action tracking, measurement, and related features. Features, integrations, limits, and availability may vary by plan and may change as the Service evolves.
GrowLense provides decision-support tools. Recommendations, forecasts, scores, AI-generated material, and other outputs are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not guarantees of rankings, traffic, leads, clients, revenue, or other business results.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
You may choose to connect third-party services, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile where available. You authorize GrowLense to access only the data and permissions you approve through the applicable provider’s authorization process. You remain responsible for your relationship with those third-party providers and their terms.
You can revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions and may disconnect supported integrations from GrowLense. Some features may stop working after an integration is disconnected.
You retain ownership of content, business information, and other data you provide to the Service. You grant GrowLense a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and use that data only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Service and to provide features you request, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide or connect the data you make available through your account.
Some features may use automated or artificial-intelligence systems to help organize information or prepare recommendations and content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or implementing them. You should independently verify important factual, legal, financial, regulatory, or business claims.
You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; gain unauthorized access to systems or data; distribute malware; interfere with platform security or operation; scrape or overload the Service through abusive automated activity; impersonate another person or business; bypass quotas, access controls, or payment restrictions; or use the Service to create unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or infringing material.
Paid features may be offered through subscriptions or other plans shown at checkout. Prices, billing periods, included usage, and renewal terms are presented before purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you select. Taxes may apply where required. Third-party payment processors may handle payment information under their own privacy and security terms.
You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation method made available through your account or applicable payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily create a refund for a current billing period or digital services already delivered, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase.
The Service, software, interfaces, branding, designs, documentation, platform-generated structure, and other GrowLense materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages, API changes, provider restrictions, or other events may affect availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including when a third-party integration changes or becomes unavailable.
Search engines, advertising platforms, analytics systems, markets, competitors, customers, and third-party services are outside GrowLense’s control. We do not promise or guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic level, conversion rate, lead volume, customer acquisition, revenue, profit, or return on investment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowLense and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or users, investigate suspected abuse or fraud, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or address nonpayment. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security practices, or business operations. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Any additional governing-law or dispute terms presented to you in a signed agreement or applicable checkout terms will control where they conflict with this section.
